Terms and Conditions of aa77 — Clear Rules for a Worry-Free Experience

1. Platform Eligibility

To create an account and use aa77's services, the user must meet all of the following requirements on a cumulative basis:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Brazilian law;

2. Registration, User Account & Verification

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on aa77. Creating multiple accounts under the same holder — regardless of device, e-mail address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and subject to permanent suspension of all accounts involved and cancellation of any pending winnings.

2.1 Registration Information

At registration, users must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including full legal name as shown on a government-issued ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. aa77 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user at registration.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) is mandatory for processing withdrawals and may be requested at any time for other operations. The process requires submission of:

Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made by someone other than the account holder — are prohibited and subject to immediate reversal.

4. Withdrawals & withdrawal policy

Users may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time, provided that identity verification (KYC) has been completed and there are no pending bets with a value exceeding the available balance.

• Pix: average processing time of 5 (five) minutes after confirmation of the request for verified accounts. Available 24 hours;

Bets are settled based on the official result published by the governing body of the relevant competition. In case of conflicting sources, the official result from the regulatory authority prevails. 5.3 Cancelled, Postponed, or Interrupted Events

• Event canceled before it begins: all bets are canceled and stakes are fully refunded;

• Event started but permanently suspended: bets are settled according to the official partial result recognized by the governing body, or voided if no official partial result is recognized;

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
